I recommend you look at:  http://www.repairstemcells.org/

Part  way down the page, under"Quick Links" is a section called "treatment facilities" This website is excellent and . Personally, I had my treatment for Ataxia, through Beike Biotech in China. They are tops in  the field. Where you ultimately go  depends on your diagnosis. Let me know what you find or if you have any questions. Take good care...
