Please note: This involved chemotherapy to destroy the patients' immune system before getting the stem cells. There is a mortality factor attached to this. In fact, this is the main reason I went to China. The last place to be with no immune system is a hospital. It is something that we don't recommend.

I just saw this news story and video on CTV Programme W-5.

It relates to a new treatment for MS developed in Ottawa, Canada.
